Another reaction rash!?!?

Jacob started his low dose of Zithromax this morning and woke up from his afternoon nap with a crazy red pin point looking rash all over his trunk, feet and normally diaper covered areas. Of course, it was about twenty minutes till 4 and for some reason the peds office closes at NOON on Thursday's here!! So, no last minute appointment for us today. We will have to go in the morning most likely if it is still there plus he still had a 100 degree temperature all day today and I was told to bring him back if he still had a fever in two days. I'm hoping the reaction is to the Motrin he had on Wednesday and not the Zithromax since that will make it drug #2 he cannot have and he isn't even a year old yet!!!
